Check availability in your area
Visit requests are reviewed by governorate, district and appliance type. Area names are not branch addresses or a guarantee of permanent coverage.
Cairo and Giza
Provide the district, such as Nasr City, Maadi, Heliopolis, Haram, October or Sheikh Zayed. Distance, appliance installation and access arrangements affect scheduling; confirm these when booking.
Alexandria and the North Coast
Share the district or resort and a nearby landmark. For resorts and remote locations, ask about travel charges, entry permits and availability on your requested date.
The Delta and other governorates
Start with the governorate, town and appliance type before sharing a full address. Technician and travel availability need confirmation; sending an enquiry alone does not book a visit.
When is a visit confirmed?
- The address and appliance type have been accepted.
- Inspection and any travel charges have been explained.
- The day, time window and contact method have been agreed.
- Parts availability depends on the model and diagnosis, not the area name.
